Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Position Purpose:
Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Support Projects.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
-Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes .
-Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization .
-Support other departments .
-RCCA Analysis .
-Internal and external quality problems solution .
-Create TMO'S .
-Support the robust FA system .
-Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
-Experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
-Knowledge in forming and drilling tools.
-CNC Programming.
-Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
-Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.
-English 80%.
-Available to travel.
-US Visa.
